Returns Policy
Watchtower Defense does not sell products directly through this website, so we do not process retail returns or refunds. All sales and transfers are completed through licensed dealers. If you need to return a recent purchase, talk to the dealer who completed the sale. They will walk you through their return policy.
The return service we do offer is warranty service. Every Watchtower Defense firearm is backed by a transferable limited lifetime warranty, and returns for service run through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process: start with a warranty claim, and our team will issue an RMA number with shipping instructions. Please do not ship a firearm to us before you have your RMA in hand. We cannot accept shipments we are not expecting.

Shipping
We do not ship orders from this website. New firearms travel from our shop to the licensed dealer handling your purchase, and your dealer takes it from there.
If your firearm is coming back to us for warranty service, shipping is part of the RMA process. When our team issues your RMA number they will walk you through exactly how to pack and send it, and how it gets back to you. We ship within the United States and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are ever unsure, call us before you box anything up. We would rather answer a question twice than have your firearm stuck in transit.
