1. What We Collect

• Server & security logs, our host (Convesio) and our cdn/security provider (Cloudflare) automatically process visitor IP addresses, browser/user-agent, pages requested, and timestamps to deliver the site, block attacks, and filter bots. Cloudflare may set security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) that identify a browser session, not a person.
• Age-verification flag, when you confirm you are 18+, we store a flag in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask again on this device; it contains no personal information.
• Email address, only if you submit it in our newsletter signup (processed by MailerLite, our email provider).
• Embedded content, pages may embed content from Instagram/Meta or product-media providers; when loaded, those services may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
• Analytics, if enabled, aggregated, pseudonymous usage statistics (page views, referrers, device type).

2. What We Do Not Collect

No payment data (all purchases are completed on Guns.com or through licensed FFL dealers, never on this site), no government id, no precise location, and we never sell personal information.

3. Why

To operate and secure the site (legitimate interest), to comply with age-appropriate access practices for firearms content, and to send marketing email only with your consent (unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email).

5. Retention

Security logs are kept for a limited period by our providers; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; the age flag stays until you clear your browser storage.

• Clear localStorage to reset the age gate.
• Unsubscribe from email anytime.
