WATCHTOWER DEFENSE
TRANSFERABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
1. Scope of This Warranty
WATCHTOWER DEFENSE ("WATCHTOWER DEFENSE," "we," "us," or "our") issues this Limited Lifetime Warranty for all firearms, accessories, and manufactured products sold under the WATCHTOWER DEFENSE brand name (collectively, "Products").
This warranty applies to every Product in our current and future lineup, including, but not limited to, pistols, rifles, suppressors, optics mounts, and branded accessories.
This warranty is TRANSFERABLE and follows the Product. The original retail purchaser, defined as the first individual who purchases a new, unused Product from an authorized WATCHTOWER DEFENSE dealer, is the first covered person.
Upon any lawful sale or private transfer of the Product, this warranty automatically transfers to the new owner (each, a “Subsequent Owner”), subject to the same terms, conditions, and exclusions applicable to the original purchaser.
To submit a warranty claim, a Subsequent Owner must:
- Provide a copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized WATCHTOWER DEFENSE dealer; and
- Provide documentation establishing a clear chain of ownership from the original purchaser to the claimant (e.g., a bill of sale or transfer record).
WATCHTOWER DEFENSE reserves the right to request this documentation before authorizing warranty service.
2. Definition of "Lifetime"
As used in this warranty, “Lifetime” means the useful service life of the Product; the period during which the Product remains capable of safe, functional operation. Coverage extends to any lawful owner of the Product for as long as the Product remains in service, subject to the terms and exclusions of this warranty.
Coverage does NOT extend to a Product that has been declared unsafe, condemned by a government authority, rendered inoperable through excluded causes, or is otherwise beyond economic repair as determined solely by WATCHTOWER DEFENSE.
This definition is provided in accordance with 16 CFR § 700.6, which requires clear disclosure of the event that terminates a warranty described as covering a “lifetime.” For a transferable product-lifetime warranty, coverage ends when the Product itself reaches the end of its useful service life.
3. What Is Covered
Subject to the exclusions in Section 4, WATCHTOWER DEFENSE warrants that each Product was free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time it left the factory.
If a covered defect appears while the Product remains in useful service under any lawful owner, WATCHTOWER DEFENSE will, at its sole option:
- Repair the defective Product at no charge to the current lawful owner; OR
- Replace the defective Product or defective component with a new or factory-reconditioned unit of the same model, or the closest available current model if the original model has been discontinued.
The above repair-or-replace remedy is the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY available under this warranty. No cash refunds, store credits, or other remedies will be provided under any circumstances.
4. What Is NOT Covered — Complete List of Exclusions
This warranty does NOT apply to, and WATCHTOWER DEFENSE has NO obligation for, any loss, damage, malfunction, or condition arising from or related to any of the following:

The exclusions listed above are exhaustive and intended to be read broadly. Any ambiguity as to whether a particular condition is covered shall be resolved by reference to whether the condition resulted from a defect in WATCHTOWER DEFENSE materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture.
5. Disclaimer of All Other Warranties
